I did OK out of Warrnambool Cheese and Butter takeover recently and am a little apprehensive that my thoughts may be swayed by that little success (the bait is the cheese, may be a trap for a mouse investor).

One concern is that I understand voting power will be only in the hands of the existing milk suppliers and shareholders and a clash of interests could arise. Your early comment or advice will be greatly appreciated.
