Do you guys have a simple buy recommendation that I can follow?

On our website, we detail two model share portfolios - an 'income' oriented portfolio and a growth portfolio.
Each of these portfolios starts with different sector biases, and then identifies the individual stocks.
We track and report on the portfolios monthly.
