Our super fund has some Freedom Oil & Gas shares (FDM) the stock is suspended on the ASX and has been for a while. Is there any way we can dispose of the shares as we are winding up our super fund?

A: Probably very difficult – will depend on the administrator/receiver and the share registry. Theoretically, you should be able to do an “of-market” transfer, but you will need someone to process the transfer.

Potentially, I would ignore it and declare it worthless. I note the announcement of 9 August announcing its permanent removal from the ASX list.
