Buying ETFs

I have been watching and wanting to buy two ETF’s, namely UBE and UBW. There has been no buying or selling activity with these two stocks. I want to by 5,000 shares of each stock. What is the best approach?

A: UBS is quoting very tight markets (a very narrow bid/offer spread) in both ETFs – I can’t see what the issue is.
