In the monthly RBA board meeting yesterday the decision was made to leave interest rates on hold. Despite rates sitting at current record lows there is still the argument to bring them even lower. Sky News Political Editor David Speers caught up with Finance Minister, Penny Wong, to hear what she thinks of the current interest rate situation.
