Stocks to watch on the Australian stock exchange at noon on Monday:

DXS – DEXUS PROPERTY GROUP – down four cents, or 0.5 per cent, at $7.28

The wealthy Mitchell family has sold the Lakes Business Park in South Sydney to Dexus Property Group for $153.5 million.

JBH – JB HI-FI – steady at $15.70

HVN – HARVEY NORMAN – up three cents, or 0.9 per cent, $3.44

MYR – MYER – up 7.5 cents, or 5.5 per cent, at $1.44

Shoppers have flocked to the Boxing Day sales as cheaper petrol prices gave them more money to spend.

SKE – SKILLED GROUP – up 18.5 cents, or 14.6 per cent, at $1.45

PRG – PROGRAMMED – up one cent, or 0.4 per cent, at $2.40

Programmed Maintenance Services has approached fellow labour provider Skilled Group with an offer to merge.
