Stocks of interest on the Australian Securities Exchange on Monday:

A2M – A2 MILK – up 35 cents, or 33.82 per cent, at $1.385

Shares in the A2 Milk Company have surged after it lifted its profit forecasts due to high demand in China and Australia for its infant formula.

DXS – DEXUS PROPERTY GROUP – down three cents, or 0.39 per cent, at $7.69

IOF – INVESTA OFFICE FUND – down one cent, or 0.25 per cent, at $4.06

The board of Investa Office Fund has agreed to a $2.5 billion takeover bid from rival Dexus Property Group.

GNC – GRAINCORP – down 19 cents, or 2.31 per cent, at $8.05

Grains marketer and maltster GrainCorp says its grains business will again be affected by lower grain production this financial year.

SGH – SLATER AND GORDON – down six cents, or 6.74 per cent, at 83.0 cents

Slater and Gordon shares are suffering another day of falls after losing 17 per cent on Thrusday when the company dumped its earnings guidance for this financial year due to its UK business performing below expectations.
