When are the ex dividend dates for SWTZ? The last date I had was 14th July, but on Commsec it is showing that today (7th July) they are trading ex-dividend.

The fund is trading ex-distribution today and we expect payment to be made on the 24th of July. These details are available on our website under the ‘key fund info’ section.
The distribution will be around 1.32 cents per unit, franked to 14%. The reason the franking component is low this quarter is because the income is primarily made up of Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) distributions, which isn’t franked. Next quarter will be the biggest quarter of income for the fund, with most of the fully-franked banks paying their dividends.
